BSNL has decided to relaunch the above promotional scheme under FTTH broadband services for not charging 10% extra FMC on DSL broadband plans when used on FTTH

The above scheme shall be available with immediate (19/05/2013) effect on promotional basis for 90 days in all the circles, only to the new FTTH broadband customers.

All other terms & conditions currently applicable to new FTTH broadband applicants shall remain the same.

·         The above free data usage is to be allowed at the time of activation only. The free data usage offered with plan voucher will be added with the free data usage of 1 GB offered with the SUK and to be consumed within 30 days from the date of activation.

·         The above SUK will be applicable in circles where it is feasible due to market and technical conditions. In all other circles the existing activation procedure will continue to apply.

BSNL has decided to withdrawn Plan (1) plan-600(Rural), (2) Plan -1200(Urban) & Plan 2160  (Biennial). However , on the basis of feedback received from some of the field units , these  plans were restored for existing customers only. BSNL were authorized to withdraw the said  plans by offering alternative plans mentioned below .  BSNL has decided to withdraw the above plans and alternetive plans henceforth.The existing  customers under these plans shall be allowed to be continue till the expiry of committed period .  After expiry of committed period , existing customer under these plans may be migrated to the  any plan chosen him including annual/two years/three years advance payment plans  introduced.   These instructions shall have immediate effect.

BSNL has decided to the existing FMC of Sulabh Plan was increased from Rs. 99/- P.M. to Rs.  120/- per month.  It is further clarified that above tariff shall be applicable on regular basis in all the Circles  uniformly.  All other terms & conditions will remain same.

BSNL has decided to levy charges for clip instrumrnt henceforth as follows:-  (a) In case of NTC:- Cost of instrument shall be recovered @ Rs. 300/-for new telephone  connection provided with instrument having clip facility .  (b) Replacement of existing instrument with clip instrumrnt at subscriber's request:-                                                               Replacement of existing instrument provided by BSNL shall  be carried out on receipt of written request from subscriber @ Rs. 600/- .  (c) Replacement of instrument in absence of request from subscriber:-  Replacement of existing  instrument in case of fault shall be carried out with new/repaired non-clip instrument only,  i.e.  clip instrument shall be provided on chargeable basis only on specific written request  from  subscriber .  The above charges shall be in addition to the installation charges already conveyed .  All other terms & conditions will remain same.
